Volvo Taps N.C. Agency to Work With Dealers in the Carolinas
Dealer Service Solutions has been appointed as the new authorized representative for all Volvo retailers in North and South Carolina, the company announced this week.
RALEIGH, N.C. — Dealer Service Solutions, an F&I agency based there, announced this week it has been appointed as the new authorized representative for all Volvo retailers in North and South Carolina.
Dealer Service Solutions specializes in providing F&I products, training and customization programs for franchised and independent automotive dealerships and franchised motorcycle dealerships.
“We are honored to be selected for this F&I partnership with Volvo,” said Gary Powers, president of Dealer Service Solutions. “Our team is excited to utilize our years of automotive experience to serve the regional Volvo retailers and bring greater value to their F&I departments.”
In the past three years, the company has experienced a 200% increase in business, officials said. The president of the company credits its success to its administrative partners.
“Our administrative partners have been a huge reason for our success,” Powers said. “They continue to support our creativity in the field by allowing us to customize individual programs for our dealers.
"This partnership should provide both Dealer Service Solutions and the Volvo retailers the ability to prosper in the F&I area and continue their tremendous growth,” he added.
As a brand, Volvo has also experienced healthy growth. According to the automaker, it has had 10 consecutive months of double-digit sales growth. Year-to-date sales are up 22.7%. The brand’s has recently centered its focus on the needs of urban millennials, who are looking for an alternative to more mainstream luxury brands.
Dealer Service Solutions’ designation as the authorized representative for all Volvo retailers in North and South Carolina was made by Warrantech, an AmTrust financial company located in Bedford, Texas. Warrantech will also be assisting Dealer Service Solutions in its transition.
