RoadVantage Donates Free F&I Videos to the Industry
The F&I program provider released a series of non-brand-specific videos designed to raise consumer awareness about nine F&I protections and the value they provide vehicle owners. The videos can be downloaded for free and posted to a dealer’s website or played in a dealership’s waiting room.

AUSTIN, Texas — F&I program provider RoadVantage is donating to the industry a series of F&I product videos designed to educate consumers before they enter the F&I office. The videos can be downloaded for free by clicking here.
Dealers and agents can post the videos on their websites, or play them in their waiting rooms to raise consumer awareness of the different F&I products and the value they provide vehicle owners. And because the videos aren’t brand specific, dealers who offer products from multiple providers or change suppliers never have to switch out a video or stop using the series altogether.
“Our philosophy at RoadVantage is ‘A Better Customer Experience,’ and we are just talking about our products and claims service. We believe the entire industry benefits when dealers get involved with educating consumers about the value F&I products bring to the table,” said RoadVantage CEO Garret Lacour. “But we don’t just want dealers who offer our products to benefit, we want every dealer to have the ability to offer professional, high-quality video content for the F&I products they offer. That’s why we decided to go this route with our videos, and why we are offering them free of charge to everyone who wants to use them.”
The video series covers tire-and-wheel protection, dent and ding, windshield repair, key replacement, interior and exterior protection, theft, total coverage, GAP, and vehicle service contracts. To access the videos, click here.
