NAC Adds Connected Vehicle Service Contract
National Auto Care announced the launch of NAC Connect, a new vehicle service contract that includes one year of free telematics service.

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. — National Auto Care announced the impending launch of the NAC Connect vehicle service contract. Billed as an industry first, the new product will include the company’s Connected Car telematics device and one year of free service.
Executives said customers will enjoy such benefits as battery, speeding, and potential impact alerts, stolen vehicle assistance, geofencing, teen driver monitoring, claims submissions, and roadside assistance. They will have the option to extend the service for three- or five-year total terms for an additional fee.
“Being connected with the customer throughout the ownership experience is critical to overall dealer profitability and customer satisfaction,” said Tony Wanderon, CEO of National Auto Care. “In today’s world, consumers want and need convenience and information that will enhance their ownership experience. With NAC Connect, dealers will be able to provide a customer experience that will be second to none.”
