HARTFORD, Conn. — New Country BMW of Hartford, Conn., has unveiled the “ultimate showroom” after completion of a $6.5 million renovation. New Country remained open for business during the entire construction period that began in January 2017, as documented in an Auto Dealer Today profile of GM Job Pimentel.
“Since New Country opened 22 years ago, BMW has added an impressive number of new models that we need additional space to properly display,” said Tim Parker, vice president for New Country Motor Cars of Hartford. “Our customer base has increased accordingly, and adding three lanes to our service area will make it much more convenient.”
And while customers are waiting for their car to be serviced, they will be able to relax in the sleek and stylish waiting area, or in the new Isetta Coffee Bar. The Isetta was the unconventional, egg-shaped BMW design that is said to be the very best micro-car of its time since it debuted in 1953. Visitors can also peruse the retail display of available BMW lifestyle accessories and clothing.
“As a designated 2014 Center for Excellence by BMW of North America, we hold ourselves to the highest of standards when it comes to providing the best customer service in Connecticut,” said Parker, “This renovation and expansion will ensure an impeccable experience for everyone who stops by.”
An official grand opening celebration is planned for the fall.
